Our story began in 1982, when Janice Parsons opened The Bead Shop in Palo Alto, California. We’ve been online since 1996, sharing beautiful beads, teaching techniques, and helping makers bring their ideas to life.
Today, Janice and Kate Richbourg carry that tradition forward with our small, women-owned team. Teaching is at the heart of what we do, and we love seeing how the same handful of beads becomes something different in everyone’s hands.
This pop-up brings you a selection of beadshop favorites, from project kits and gemstone strands to stitching supplies and embellishments. Whether you’ve been making with us for years or are just pulling up a chair, we’re so glad you’re here!
